CO2 fractional ablative laser is a popular laser treatment used to improve skin irregularities such as wrinkles and scars. This treatment works by removing a fraction of the skin's surface to stimulate collagen production, resulting in improved skin tone and texture. The laser beam is split into thousands of tiny micro-columns, which are delivered to the affected area. It is a safe and non-invasive procedure that does not require any downtime, making it an attractive option for those seeking to improve their skin's appearance. This laser treatment can be used on any area of the body, including the face, neck, chest, abdomen, and arms. At Dr Sknn, we offer an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser for face, neck, décolleté and body areas. This specific mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm is used to treat a variety of aesthetic concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, and enlarged pores. The precise spacing between each laser emission allows for spare tissue in-between resulting in a faster healing process. The results of this procedure are usually seen within a

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Laser Facial

At Dr Skn, a consultation will be carried out before undergoing the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. The consultation involves taking a medical history, physical examination, and photographs. During the consultation, you will have an opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, results or questions you may have. The risks associated with the treatment and post-treatment advice will also be discussed to ensure you fully understand them before signing a consent form. Additionally, if it is the first time a new area is being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure suitability. At Dr Skn, safety and eligibility are the top priorities, and hence a full consultation is mandatory before any treatment. If you are suitable for the treatment, a patch test will be carried out, and treatment will be administered 48 hours after a successful patch test. Note that patch testing may be extended to two weeks if certain medications are found during your medical history. If you have a skin type of III+, a topical product may need to be applied four weeks prior to treatment.
