CO2 fractional ablative laser is a laser treatment used to enhance the appearance of skin by reducing wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. This laser works by targeting and eliminating a fraction of the skin's surface, which stimulates collagen production and improves the overall skin tone and texture. The laser beam is split into numerous micro-columns that are delivered to the affected area. This non-invasive procedure is often used to treat skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, and laxity in the skin. Unlike other laser treatments, the CO2 fractional ablative laser does not require any downtime. It is safe and effective in reducing the appearance of wrinkles and skin irregularities, and can be used on any area of the body. At Dr Sknn, we offer an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser for face, neck, décolleté, and body areas. This mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm is specifically used to

Doctor Led Laser Facial Didsbury - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Laser Facial

At Dr Skn, a comprehensive consultation will be carried out prior to the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, which includes a thorough medical history, physical examination, and photographs. This consultation offers an opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, or queries you may have, and our team will explain any associated risks and post-treatment advice to ensure that you are fully informed before signing a consent form. In cases where a new area is being treated, a small patch test will be performed to assess suitability. If your skin type is III+, a serum or product may need to be applied topically for four weeks before treatment to prepare your skin. At Dr Skn, the safety and eligibility of every patient is our top priority, and so we perform a full consultation and patch test to ensure that the treatment is suitable for you. After a successful patch test, the treatment can be performed within 48 hours, although patch testing may be extended to two weeks if certain medications were found in your medical history. If you have skin type III+, a topical product will be applied four weeks before treatment to ensure optimal results.
