CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment used to improve the appearance of various skin irregularities, such as wrinkles and scars. This treatment works by targeting and removing a fraction of the skin's surface to promote collagen production and enhance skin tone and texture. The laser beam is split into tiny micro-columns and delivered to the affected area, making it effective in treating skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, and even stretch marks and laxity in the skin. One of the benefits of this non-invasive procedure is that it requires no downtime. Dr Sknn offers an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser that stimulates new skin production within the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effect, resulting in a faster healing process. This specific mid-infrared CO2 laser is used to treat a variety of aesthetic concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, and enlarged pores. Additionally, it can improve skin surface irregularities, unwanted scars, sun damage, and loose skin to ultimately improve skin complexion and hydration, resulting in a healthier, glowing, and youthful appearance of the skin.

Doctor Led Laser Facial Manchester - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Laser Facial

At Dr Skn, our priority is ensuring the safety and eligibility of our patients before administering any treatment. During the initial consultation, a medical history will be taken, and a physical examination, including photographs, will be conducted. This is an opportunity for you to discuss any concerns, expectations, or questions you may have regarding the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. We will also discuss post-treatment advice and risks associated with the treatment to ensure that you fully understand them, and a consent form will be signed. If it's your first time receiving treatment in a specific area, we will perform a small patch test to ensure suitability. For patients with skin type III or higher, a topical application of serum or product may be required for four weeks prior to treatment. Following a successful patch test, the treatment can be administered after 48 hours. Please note that if certain medications are found during your medical history, patch testing may be extended to two weeks. At Dr Skn, we believe that everyone is unique, so we offer a personalized approach to ensure that you receive the best possible results.
