CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment used to enhance the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. This treatment targets and eliminates a fraction of the skin's surface to trigger collagen production and enhance overall skin texture and tone. The laser beam is separated into thousands of micro-columns, which are then delivered to the affected area. This procedure can effectively treat skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, stretch marks, and laxity in the skin. Unlike other laser treatments, the CO2 fractional ablative laser is non-invasive and does not require any downtime. It is a safe and efficient way to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and skin irregularities, and it can be used on any part of the body, including the face, neck, chest, abdomen, and arms. Results are typically visible within a few weeks and can last for several months. At Dr Sknn, we provide an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser treatment that encourages new skin production by stimulating the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effect. This particular mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm treats various aesthetic

Doctor Led Laser Facial Wilmslow - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Laser Facial

At Dr Sknn, we begin each consultation for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment with a thorough medical history review, physical examination and photographs. This is followed by an opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, results or questions that you may have. Our team will also discuss any post-treatment advice and risks associated with the treatment to ensure you have a full understanding of the process. Additionally, a consent form will be signed before treatment begins. If you are a new patient or a new area is being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure suitability. For those with skin types III+, a topical application of serum or product may be required for 4 weeks prior to treatment. Safety and eligibility are our highest priorities, and we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. We will perform a full consultation and patch test before proceeding with Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. Please note that the patch testing period may be extended to 2 weeks if certain medications are present in your medical history.
