CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment used to enhance the appearance of the skin by reducing wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. This laser operates by targeting and removing a portion of the skin's surface, stimulating collagen production and improving the overall skin tone and texture. The laser beam is divided into numerous small micro-columns that are delivered to the affected area. CO2 fractional ablative laser is effective in treating skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, stretch marks, and skin laxity. This non-invasive procedure does not require any downtime, making it a safe and effective method to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and skin irregularities, as well as improve skin tone and texture. It can be used on any part of the body, such as the face, neck, chest, abdomen, and arms. The outcomes of this procedure are usually visible within a few weeks and can last for several months. Dr Sknn offers an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser treatment that allows for the production of new skin, which is stimulated within the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal

Doctor Led Laser Resurfacing Eccles - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Laser Resurfacing

At Dr Skn, we take safety and eligibility for treatment very seriously. During your consultation, which includes a medical history and physical examination, we will also take photographs and discuss any concerns, expectations, results or questions you may have about the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. Before treatment, we will discuss any risks and provide post-treatment advice to ensure you fully understand the procedure, and a consent form will be signed. Additionally, for new areas being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure suitability. If your skin type is III+, a topical serum or product may be needed for four weeks prior to treatment. Please note that patch testing may be extended to two weeks if certain medications are found during your medical history. Following a successful patch test, we will be able to perform the treatment. At Dr Skn, we believe that one size does not fit all, which is why we perform a full consultation and patch test to determine if the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment is suitable for you.
