CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment used to enhance the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. This laser treatment works by targeting and removing a fraction of the skin's surface to stimulate collagen production, resulting in improved skin tone and texture. The laser beam is divided into numerous small micro-columns that are delivered to the affected region. It is a non-invasive procedure that is often used to treat wrinkles, skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, and other skin irregularities. Moreover, it is effective in improving the appearance of stretch marks and laxity in the skin. The CO2 fractional ablative laser treatment can be used on any part of the body, such as the face, neck, chest, abdomen, and arms. Doctor Led Laser Resurfacing Rode Heath - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Laser Resurfacing

At Dr Skn, we offer Fractional CO2 Laser treatments that require a thorough consultation prior to any procedure. During the consultation, we will take your medical history and conduct a physical examination that includes photographs. This is your opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, results or questions you may have. We will also discuss post-treatment advice and the potential risks associated with the treatment to ensure that you fully understand the process. If it's a new area being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure that the treatment is suitable for you. In some cases, patients with skin type III+ may need a topical serum or product application for four weeks prior to treatment. Safety and eligibility for treatment are of utmost importance to us at Dr Skn, and as such, we perform full consultations before any treatment. If found suitable, we will perform a patch test, and upon successful completion of the test, the treatment will be delivered after 48 hours. Please note that if any medications are found during your medical history, the patch testing period may be extended to two weeks.
