CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment that is widely used to improve the appearance of various skin irregularities such as wrinkles, scars, and discoloration. This treatment works by targeting and removing a fraction of the skin's surface to stimulate collagen production, resulting in an improved skin texture and tone. The laser beam is divided into numerous tiny micro-columns and delivered to the affected area, making it an effective treatment for wrinkles, acne scars, age spots, and stretch marks. Additionally, it can improve the skin's laxity, making it a popular choice for treating areas such as the face, neck, chest, abdomen, and arms. One of the advantages of CO2 fractional ablative laser treatment is that it is non-invasive and requires no downtime. It is a safe and effective way to reduce skin irregularities while improving the overall appearance of the skin. At Dr Sknn, we use an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser treatment that stimulates new skin production within the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effect, resulting in a faster healing process. Our mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm is specifically designed to treat a variety of aesthetic concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, enlarged pores, and unwanted scars. Additionally, it can help with texture

Doctor Led Laser Resurfacing Tabley - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Laser Resurfacing

At Dr Sknn, we prioritize safety and eligibility for treatment when it comes to Fractional CO2 Laser. During the consultation, a thorough medical history will be taken, and a physical examination will be carried out, including photographs. You will have an opportunity to discuss your concerns, expectations, and any questions you may have. Before the treatment, any post-treatment advice and risks associated with the procedure will be discussed, and a consent form will be signed. Additionally, if it's a new area being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure suitability. If your skin type is III or higher, a topical serum or product may be required for 4 weeks prior to treatment. Once found suitable for the treatment, a patch test will be performed. Following a successful patch test, the treatment can be delivered after 48 hours, but note that the patch test may be extended to 2 weeks if certain medications were found during your medical history.
