If you are receiving treatment on a new area, a small patch test will be conducted to ensure suitability. For those with skin types III and above, a topical serum may be necessary for 4 weeks prior to treatment. Following a successful patch test, treatment can be administered after 48 hours, but patch testing may be extended for up to 2 weeks if certain medications are found in your medical history.
