The IPL emits light at specific wavelength ranges, targeting absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin, enabling us to treat Thread Vein of various sizes and depths with minimal damage to the surrounding skin. After treatment, the damaged vessels are taken in by the body and there is almost no trace of the initial lesion.

Dr Sknn utilises the Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to take advantage of light energy. The light energy is then absorbed by the blood vessels, increasing their temperature until they contract and/or shut down, and consequently sealed. Subsequently, the damaged vessels will be naturally broken down by the body, resulting in no visible trace of the original lesion.

You will have the chance to talk about any apprehensions, expectations, outcomes or queries you may have.
