A consent form must be signed to verify that you are aware of the process. If it is your first time treating a particular area, a patch test will be conducted to assess suitability. For skin type III+ a topical serum may need applying for four weeks before the treatment. If the patch test is successful after 48 hours, the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment will begin. If certain medications are documented in your medical history, this process may be extended up to two weeks. If your skin type is III+, a topical product may have to be used for a month before the treatment can be carried out.
