Origin Glass Laser, planned around your skin and recovery.
Origin Glass Laser is considered after assessment of your skin, treatment area, medical history and the change you would like to discuss. Your clinician explains suitability, realistic outcomes, alternatives, patch testing where relevant, recovery, aftercare and material risks before a plan is agreed.

Assess the skin, then choose the safest route.
These are assessment points rather than promised outcomes. Your clinician will explain what is realistic and appropriate for you.

A non-ablative fractional resurfacing consultation.
Origin uses a 1550 nm non-ablative fractional erbium-glass laser. Fractional columns of thermal treatment are created while the surface remains non-ablated, so suitability, settings and recovery differ from ablative CO2 resurfacing.
Assessment considers skin type, pigmentation risk, the concern being treated, medicines, recent sun exposure, previous procedures and the downtime you can accommodate. A patch test or preparatory skincare may be required.
Temporary redness, swelling, heat, dryness and bronzing can occur. Pigment change, infection, scarring and an unsatisfactory response are less common but important risks discussed before consent. Results and the number of sessions vary.
A clear route from assessment to review.
The exact plan varies by treatment and patient; these are the decision points that remain consistent.
History, goals and suitability.
Your clinician reviews medical history, medicines, previous treatment, the relevant area and the change you would like to discuss. Suitability, alternatives and risks are covered before a plan is agreed.
A measured, individual route.
If treatment is suitable, the approach and expected course are selected for your anatomy, skin or hair and goals. The safest recommendation may be a staged plan, another treatment or no treatment.
Recovery, review and aftercare.
You receive individual aftercare, warning signs and review guidance. Response and recovery vary between patients, and no particular outcome can be guaranteed.
