At Dr Sknn we use the Lynton Lumina, a state-of-the-art Intense Pulsed Light System (IPL) widely employed in the NHS and private hospitals throughout the UK for the safe and efficient treatment of Poikiloderma on skin types I-IV. By radiating light in certain wavelength ranges, we at Dr Sknn target absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin, allowing us to treat Poikiloderma of varying sizes and depths while causing minimum damage to surrounding skin.
