This same system is used by the NHS and private hospitals across Britain to safely and effectively manage Port Wine Stain on types I-IV skin. By sending out light in specific wavelength ranges, we are able to focus on absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin, enabling us to treat Port Wine Stain of varying sizes and depths while causing minimal damage to the surrounding skin. After the procedure, the affected vessels are absorbed by the body, with hardly any sign of the original lesion left.
