At Dr Sknn we make use of the Lynton Lumina - a state-of-the-art Intense Pulsed Light System (IPL) employed by the NHS and private hospitals across the UK to address Rosacea Skin Condition safely and efficiently on skin types I-IV. By emitting light in certain wavelength ranges at Dr Sknn, we focus on absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxyhaemoglobin, allowing us to treat Rosacea Skin Condition of various sizes and depths while causing minimal damage to the nearby skin. On completion of the treatment, the impaired vessels are absorbed by the body and little or no sign of the original lesion remains.

At Dr Sknn, we utilise light energy through IPL. This light is then taken in by the Rosacea Skin Condition, which become heated to a point that causes them to go into spasm and/or collapse and seal. In the upcoming weeks, the harmed vessels are absorbed naturally by the body, so that scarcely any hint of the original scar remains.
