At Dr Sknn we employ the Lynton Lumina which is a high-tech Intense Pulsed Light System (IPL), also utilised by the NHS and private hospitals across Britain, to treat Rosacea Skin Condition effectively and securely on skin types I-IV. By emitting light in certain wavelength ranges we are able to aim for absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin, allowing us to treat Rosacea Skin Condition at different sizes and depths while causing minimal damage to the nearby skin. Following the treatment, the damaged vessels are absorbed by the body and there is hardly any sign of the initial lesion.
