At Dr Skn, a thorough consultation will be conducted before administering Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. This will include a medical history and physical examination, along with photographs. During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to raise any concerns or queries about the treatment, and any expected results will be discussed. The potential risks and post-treatment advice will also be discussed to ensure that you fully understand the treatment and can give informed consent. If it is the first time you are receiving treatment on a particular area, a small patch test will be carried out to ensure that the treatment is suitable for you. In the case of skin type III or above, a topical serum or product may be required for four weeks before the treatment to prepare the skin.
