When you visit Dr Sknn for a consultation on Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, you'll be asked to provide your medical history and undergo a physical examination, which may include taking photographs. The consultation is an opportunity to discuss any concerns, expectations, results or questions you may have, and to review any advice or risks associated with the treatment. Prior to treatment, a consent form will be signed, and if it's a new area being treated, a small patch test will be performed to ensure suitability. If you have skin type III or higher, a topical serum or product may be required for four weeks prior to treatment.
