CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment used to enhance the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. This treatment targets and removes a fraction of the skin's surface, stimulating collagen production and improving overall skin tone and texture. The laser beam is divided into thousands of tiny micro-columns and delivered to the affected area, making it an effective treatment for wrinkles, age spots, acne scars, and skin discoloration. Additionally, it can improve the appearance of stretch marks and laxity in the skin. Unlike other laser treatments, CO2 fractional ablative laser is a non-invasive procedure that requires no downtime. It is a safe and effective way to reduce the appearance of skin irregularities and improve skin tone and texture. This laser treatment can be performed on any area of the body, including the face, neck, chest, abdomen, and arms. Results can typically be seen within a few weeks and can last for several months. At Dr Sknn, we offer an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser treatment for the face, neck, décolleté, and body areas. This specific mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm is used to treat a range of aesthetic concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, enlarged pores, texture

Doctor Led Skin Resurfacing Rode Heath - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Skin Resurfacing

At Dr Skn, our priority is to ensure the safety and suitability of our clients for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. During the initial consultation, which includes a physical examination and photographs, a thorough medical history is taken to identify any potential risks or concerns. This is also an opportunity for clients to discuss their expectations, results and ask any questions they may have. Before treatment, we will discuss the post-treatment advice and risks associated with the Fractional CO2 Laser, and a consent form will be signed. If it's the first time treating a particular area, we'll perform a small patch test to ensure suitability. For clients with a skin type of III+, a topical application of serum may be needed for four weeks before treatment. Following a successful patch test, we can deliver the treatment after 48 hours. However, if certain medications were found during the medical history, the patch testing may be extended to two weeks.
