CO2 fractional ablative laser is a type of laser treatment commonly used to improve the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and other skin irregularities. The treatment involves targeting and removing a fraction of the skin's surface to promote collagen production, leading to improved overall skin tone and texture. The laser beam is split into thousands of tiny micro-columns and then delivered to the affected area. This procedure can address skin discoloration, age spots, acne scars, and other similar conditions. It is also effective in reducing the appearance of stretch marks and skin laxity. The CO2 fractional ablative laser treatment is a non-invasive procedure, which means it does not require downtime. It is a safe and effective way to improve the appearance of the skin, including its tone and texture. This treatment can be used on any part of the body, such as the face, neck, chest, abdomen, and arms. Results can typically be seen within a few weeks and can last for several months. At Dr Sknn, we offer an advanced Fractional CO2 Laser for face, neck, décolleté, and body areas. This specific mid-infrared CO2 laser at 10,600 nm is used to stimulate new skin production within the dermis and epidermis through ablation and thermal effect. The laser emissions are spaced precisely to spare the tissue in-between, resulting in a faster healing process. This treatment can improve fine lines, wrinkles, dyschromia, pigmented lesions, skin surface irregularities, enlarged pores, texture, unwanted scars, sun damage, stretch marks, and loose skin, ultimately leading to improved skin complexion, hydration, and thickness for a healthier,

Doctor Led Skin Resurfacing Sale - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Skin Resurfacing

At Dr Sknn, a thorough consultation is conducted before the Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, which includes a medical history review, physical examination, and photographs. This consultation allows for a discussion of any concerns, expectations, results, or questions that you may have regarding the treatment. Additionally, any post-treatment advice and risks associated with the treatment are explained to ensure that you have a full understanding of the procedure before signing a consent form. A small patch test is conducted for new treatment areas to ensure suitability, and if your skin type is III or higher, a topical serum or product may be needed for 4 weeks prior to treatment. The safety and eligibility of the treatment are of the utmost importance, which is why a patch test is performed to determine the suitability of the treatment. If found suitable, the treatment can be performed 48 hours after the patch test. However, if certain medications are found during the medical history review, the patch testing period may be extended up to 2 weeks. At Dr Sknn, we prioritize your safety and ensure that each treatment is tailored to your specific needs.
