Here at Dr Sknn, we utilise the Lynton Lumina, a state-of-the-art Intense Pulsed Light System (IPL) which is also employed by NHS and private hospitals across the UK to securely and effectively treat Spider Nevus on skin types I-IV. By giving out light in particular wavelength ranges, we at Dr Sknn can aim absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin, thus being able to treat Spider Nevus at different sizes and depths, causing minimal damage to the surrounding skin. Following the treatment, the damaged vessels are taken in by the body and little to no trace of the initial lesion is left.
