At Dr Sknn, we provide a class-leading Fractional CO2 Laser therapy for reducing the visibility of stretch marks. This treatment encourages the production of new skin cells in the epidermis and dermis through ablation and thermal action. Our distinctive 10,600 nm mid-infrared CO2 laser is incredibly effective in treating a range of aesthetic issues such as wrinkles, fine lines, stretch marks, pigmented lesions, loose skin, sun-damage, enlarged pores, and dyschromia. This therapy can improve skin tone, hydration, and thickness, ultimately providing a healthy, younger-looking, and more vibrant appearance. We at Dr Sknn are devoted to aiding you in obtaining a more even-toned, smoother complexion and improving your confidence.

Doctor Led Stretch Marks Treatments Plumley - Benefits

Why Choose Dr Sknn for Stretch Marks Treatments

At Dr Sknn, prior to having Fractional CO2 Laser treatment, a comprehensive consultation will be held which will include your medical history and physical examination including photographs. This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions, your expectations, outcomes or concerns you may have. Before the procedure, any potential risks and post-treatment advice related to Fractional CO2 Laser treatment will be carefully discussed and a consent form will be signed to make sure you understand the process completely. If this is the first time the area is being treated, a small patch test will be conducted to determine its suitability. In addition, if your skin type is III+, a topical serum might need to be used for a period of four weeks before the treatment to prepare the skin. At Dr Sknn, safety and suitability for the procedure is of utmost importance and a full consultation will be undertaken to assess if you are suitable for Fractional CO2 Laser treatment. After the patch test has passed successfully after a period of 48 hours, the treatment can be done. Nevertheless, if particular medications are present in your medical history, the patch testing stage may be extended to two weeks. If your skin type is III+, a topical product may be necessary for four weeks before the treatment.
