At Dr Sknn we utilise the Lynton Lumina, a sophisticated Intense Pulsed Light System (IPL), which is also employed by the NHS and private clinics throughout the UK, to treat Telangectasia safely and efficiently on skin types I-IV. By sending out light in specific wavelength ranges at Dr Sknn we home in on absorption peaks in haemoglobin and oxy-haemoglobin enabling us to treat Telangectasia at different sizes and at various depths while causing minimal damage to the surrounding skin. Subsequent to the procedure the damaged vessels are taken up by the body and scarcely any indication of the initial lesion is left.
